Welcome to the Czechoslovakia Section IEEE!

The Czechoslovakia Section IEEE exist since 1992 and currently serves over 600 IEEE members in the Czech and Slovak Republic. Technical activities of the Section cover nine chapters. Four student branches support student activities at Czech and Slovak universities, and the Section supports students through many competitions and conferences (EEICT, ŠVOČ, PESW, ELITECH, etc.). The Section collaborates with partner organizations (Radioengineering Society) and several industry partners. In the past 30 years, many respected personalities led the Section, namely prof. Zbyňek Škvor, prof. Jan Hlavička, prof. Jan Vobecký, or prof. Peter Farkaš.
